Returns:

Returns on decorated items, are excepted only when the product is Damaged, Misprinted or Defective. Misprinted items are considered Misprinted only when the decoration does not match our signed paper proof.  Please check your paper proof closely and note any corrections that are needed (including spelling errors, corrected phone numbers and/or websites).  Once we receive your proof approval it will be sent to production for decoration, and we can not be held responsible for any errors not caught, or changes requested after we received the signed proof.

Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Merchandise only may be returned once an RMA is issued, RMA will be issued once a written complaint is filed, stating how many pieces are damaged, misprinted and/or defective. The complaint should also list detailed information explaining the damage, misprint and/or defect.

All claims must be made within 25 days of delivery.
