Ordering Process:
1) After reviewing the ideas presented to you let us know which item(s) and quantities you are interested in ordering. You will then be sent a personalized quote containing a breakdown of all charges.
2) After approving your personalized quote, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order.
3) Once your order is reviewed by the customer care expert, you will be e-mailed an invoice and a paper proof for approval. The paper proof will show: the artwork to be printed, size of imprint, color of imprint and placement on your selected item it will also contain your order acknowledgement. The order acknowledgement (located under the imprint) will state the item #, quantity, color and brief description of the item.
4) Please return this signed proof within 24 hours so as not to effect your expected date of shipment. If you require any modification please note that on the order acknowledgment/paper proof. That's It!
Once production is complete we will e-mail you the tracking information and let you know when to expect the delivery!
